FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jessica Wedel and Brandon Storm
Questions you say???
Question

What's the attire?

Answer

Formal to semi-formal attire. With that being said, it's October 24th in CO. We recommend being ready for any season- sun, rain, snow, wind, or all of the above! There is grass at the trading post back yard, so mind the heels.

Question

Should I reach out about what to wear just to see if it's OK?

Answer

No, please don't! We don't care if you wear a wedding dress to the wedding- you do you. Please just don't complain about being cold to us on the day of, unless there's a blizzard (knocks on wood).

Question

Do we have to climb the infamous Red Rock stairs?

Answer

No! The trading post back yard is at the base of the Ampitheater. The Trading Post Backyard is located directly behind the Trading Post (17900 Trading Post Road, Morrison, CO 80465). Please use Entrance two. Parking will be available on a first come, first-served basis in the Trading Post parking lot, along the road or in the Lower South Lot. This is ADA accessible. Red Rocks is a historic concert venue, and our wedding is still during concert season. Although we are getting married at 2:30 pm, there is a concert that evening, and traffic & parking may reflect this, please try to plan ahead. Remember, UBER codes are available for those indulging in the open bar, and you can leave your vehicles in the parking lot. Please note that the venue is not responsible for damage or theft that may occur, and they recommend not leaving valuables in the vehicle, and checking to ensure it is locked.

Question

How early can I show up?

Answer

We are so excited about your enthusiasm, but the earliest guests are allowed in is 2:00pm! You absolutely can explore the area beforehand, but just not the Trading Post Backyard specifically. Please note all guests must leave the Trading Post Backyard by 4:30pm at the latest as well, we will start leaving around 4:00pm when the ceremony event ends to ensure this timeframe is met. Question

Can I record the ceremony or take pictures?

Answer

No, thank you! We have hired a videographer and photographer to capture our wedding day, and we will be more than happy to share once we get everything back. It'll be a short and sweet ceremony, and we don't want any of our loved ones to miss a second of it. Live in the moment and please enjoy the unplugged and tech free ceremony. Silence those devices or even leave them in the car for the two hours - it'll be a nice break!
