What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
We prefer that you come in semi-formal/cocktail attire, but we love you just the way you are and will be happy to celebrate with you no matter what!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Barn and Bay Horse Inn. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside at the pergola. The reception will take place inside the main hall. Barn at Bay Horse Inn 1468 West Stones Crossing Rd. Greenwood, IN 46143

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for about 30-45 minutes. This is a great opportunity to head inside, find your seats, grab a drink at the bar, and catch up with that family member or friend that you haven't seen in a while!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive about 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
The venue has plenty of free parking available onsite.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, kids are invited! We are leaving to you to decide if you would like to bring them along or have a child free afternoon.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If your invitation says "and guest" please feel free to bring a date, if not, please come with just yourself.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
If you're coming in from out of town, thank you! We're so glad that you could make the journey to celebrate with us! We do not have a hotel block reserved but if you need recommendations for a place to stay, please check out the travel page on our website.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
We ask that you please RSVP by September 3rd, 2021. This helps us stay on track and confirm seating and meals with the caterer. You can RSVP online through our website, mail back the RSVP card, or text the bride or groom to let us know for sure if you're coming or not.

Dinner will be a buffet catered by Grafton Peek Catering. The buffet includes: Traditional Lasagna Marinara with Seasonal Italian Meats Boneless Breast of Grilled Chicken with Asiago Cream Sauce Garden Salad with Cheese, Decorative-cut Cucumbers & Tomatoes served with Three Housemade Dressings (Lemon Herb Vinaigrette, Creamy Dill Ranch & French) Sautéed Broccoli and Carrots Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes Fresh Baked Rolls Tea, Lemonade & Water

Is alcohol free?

For budgeting purposes we've opted for a cash bar provided by the Barn at Bay Horse Inn. Please be prepared to pay for your own drinks. Thanks for understanding!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes! Please feel free to take all the pictures you like at the reception and share your experience and tag us so that we can see your photos from our day! We do ask that you please put all phones and camera's away for the ceremony. We've hired a wonderful photographer for the event and will be happy to share our photos with you.

Where are you registered?
Answer
Gifts are absolutely not necessary, just having you there to celebrate with us is enough! If you do feel so moved to get us a gift, you can find our registry here on our Zola wedding website. We are registered through Zola and through Amazon. Monetary gifts are always welcome as well! We are saving up for a new couch or new mattress. Thank you!!
