Finally...Let's Party

We met first or second day of Freshman year at UK in out Honors class (nerds). We quickly became friends over the course of the semester. In the Spring Arayo asked me to meet him at a Beta (his fraternity) party. There he asked me out on a date (with a little prompting) and we guess you could say the rest is history as ten long but wonderful years later here we are! --Arayo-- We met in the library. I was always in the library. I studied.

We did not have cars on campus Freshman year, so we were pretty limited on things to do. Arayo suggested a walk to and through the arboretum but when we met outside my dorm is was already dark and the arboretum was not lit. We decided to take a stroll around campus simultaneously singing Jason Mraz's "I Won't Give Up" ( we still don't know why) and talking about anything and everything. Then Arayo suggested we walk to his sister's apartment. If anyone knows Arayo, they know his sister is the most important person in his life, so you could say I was nervous. However, meeting Asope was wonderful and I think I got her approval. :) -- Arayo -- I think it was a very nice and respectful time.
