It all started during Jessica's sophomore year at Quinnipiac University… Jessica’s roommate let her know that she was having a few friends visit for the weekend to celebrate one of her friend’s birthdays (Anthony)… little did Jessica know, she would soon be meeting her future husband. Later that evening, Anthony and his friends arrived to Jessica’s condo and the whole crew went out to a bar for the night to celebrate. As far as Anthony can remember, he was blown away by Jessica’s beauty the second he met her. Jessica also thought Anthony was very cute Jessica and Anthony spent that night and the next months that followed getting to know each other. The rest is history… Our love has only continued to grow for each other. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives as husband and wife. We can't wait to celebrate the biggest day of our lives with all of you!

For several months, Anthony was being very weird and trying to keep the big secret from Jessica (as he knows she is very nosey). The day before proposing, Anthony decided to make plans to go to a winery with their best friends. Jessica was a little skeptical because she knows Anthony never makes plans on his own, but did want to get her hopes up. As Saturday morning rolled around, Anthony and Jessica got ready to enjoy a nice day at the winery. As they arrived, Anthony pointed out a beautiful mansion up on a hill, but later noted that it was only to distract her from his actual plan that was visible from the parking lot (clever). While walking into the winery, Anthony took Jessica’s hand and led her towards a staircase that was covered in rose petals. At the top of the stairs, there was a path of rose petals that led out to a balcony that overlooked the vineyard. The balcony was decorated with a sign that said “will you marry me?”, pictures of Jessica and Anthony, as well as rose petals shaped into a heart. Anthony led Jessica out onto the balcony and into the center of the rose heart, expressed his deep love for her then got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She immediately started saying “yes” and pulled Anthony in for a kiss. The smile on both of their faces was magical. Once Jessica collected herself, she looked up and saw her best friends had come to surprise her as well. From there they spent a few hours drinking wine and getting photos taken in front of the beautiful scenery. Later that night, the couple, their families, and best friends went to BLU at the Lakehouse in Mahopac, NY and enjoyed delicious drinks and dinner. It was truly a magical night, Jessica and Anthony are so grateful for everyone who helped make their proposal special.
