The Arboretum is about an hour from us but it's worth the drive if you're looking for family friendly, beautiful hiking trails. We've taken Lowen 3 times and have no trouble pushing her stroller her on all (but 1) of the trails.

Boyce Thompson Arboretum

Going to the zoo is always a good time. There are 2 splash pads so bring a change of clothes if the weather is nice.

Phoenix Zoo

Nearby hiking trail that has several different levels of difficulty. The semi-famous "hole in the rock" trial is across the street. It's a very simple walk but tourists always ask where it is so they can get a photo.

Papago Park

Right across the street from our venue. Fun for kids of all ages. Bring socks for the toddler area.

Big playground and splash pad really close to us.
