We met online! Yes, you read that right. We conversed with each other for a few days and decided to meet in person. On Monday, April 18, 2022 we met at El Amigo in Kannapolis for our first date. From that moment on, we were inseparable.

We took a family trip to Miami FL back in July of 2023 and it was the last day of the trip. Our flight out was pretty early in the next morning and I was getting ready for bed and Allen was wide awake (which is strange late at night hahaha). I didn't think anything of it, so I went on to bed. Right when the sleep was getting really good, I hear the lyrics, "I can't stop the rain," and I knew immediately what was happening.
