Karl Stirner Arts Trail

"Located in Easton, Pennsylvania, the 1.75-mile Karl Stirner Arts Trail winds along the Bushkill Creek, connecting the old Simon Silk Mill on 13th Street to Third Street at the base of the stone stairs linking Lafayette College’s main campus and arts campus. National Canal Museum

A historic museum with a canal boat attraction. Meet the mules who pull the canal boats or visit the Locktender's house. The D&L Trail is located here as well (bike and boat rentals available), a playground, dog-park, bike-skills course, and multi-use trail. 16 minutes from hotel.

1753 Bachmann Publick House

Built in 1753, this historic house was a hub for political discussions and community meetings. From 1753 to 1766 the 2nd story was used as the first court of Northampton County. Many historical figures have visited the house including John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and all of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Located 3 blocks from the Crayola Factory and 12 minutes from the hotel.
