The welcome party is at Bear Chase Brewery from 6-9PM, but drop in any time for as long/short as you want. There is a large gravel parking lot there (no transportation provided). When you arrive, head through the main building and down the hill to the "Bear Cave". Appetizers and drinks will be provided. Additional food is available for purchase if you'd like to eat dinner there. Casual attire - bring a warm layer in case it's chilly.
Shuttles will be provided from the Lansdowne (departs at 3:10 PM) and the Holiday Inn (departs at 3:20 PM). Shuttles will arrive out front of each hotel 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Return shuttles will be available following both the reception (10:00 PM) and after party (12:00 AM).
Yes. There is a large gravel parking lot behind the venue. You may leave your car overnight and pick it up on Sunday, if needed.
Semi-Formal Attire: Suits and midi or floor length dresses suggested. It looks like the weather will be chilly. Weather permitting, we will hold the ceremony outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
The after party is at SideBar, which is a 5-minute walk from the Birkby House. Late night bites (wings, sliders, fries, cinnamon rolls) and drinks will be provided. A shuttle will depart for both hotels at 12 AM.
