Is your wedding ceremony and reception inside or outside?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain to stay comfortable and enjoy the celebration!

Dress attire?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans and white or cream-colored outfits. We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail or “church best” attire. Men: Dress slacks or khakis with a polo or button-down shirt Women: Dresses, skirts, dress pants, or blouses Thank you for helping us make our day beautiful—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a gift and/ or card?
Answer
We are celebrating the union of the marriage of the future couple, and we ask if you feel inclined to get us a gift to bring it to the bridal shower or send it to the address attached to the wedding links. We plan on registering with Amazon, Crate and Barrel, Target, and Walmart.

Will alcohol be provided?
Answer
We will be offering a limited cocktail menu featuring his-and-hers drinks, along with a selection of beers. Please note that guests will need to drive after the wedding, so the bar will close one hour before the 9:45 PM send-off. We kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly—please drive safely, consider carpooling, and designate a driver.

There is a paved parking lot. Cars will not be allowed to park overnight. Please plan accordingly. We recommend using Uber or Lift services to/ from the Hotel to the venue if you plan on drinking. Or we ask you to assign a DD to drive to/ from the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you need accommodations for meals, please note them on the wedding website when registering. We plan on serving chicken & waffles, rosemary potatoes, and fruit. Dessert will be cake/cupcakes.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have wedding blocks at Homewood Suites by the Hilton and Holiday INN express on the North side. We ask you to book by 5/25/26 to get the room rate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, we respectfully ask that you wait to join us during cocktail hour, as we would like to avoid any disruptions.

Will there be a grand exit?
Answer
We will be sharing a last dance at 9:30 PM, followed by a grand send-off at 9:45 PM. We would love for you to stay and celebrate with us for these special moments. Please note that, due to city ordinances, we must be off the property by 11:00 PM.

Yes, we’ve listed several local attractions and activities in the Local Attractions section, including Bass Pro Shops, Buc-ee’s, Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park, and Silver Dollar City.

When do I have to RSVP by?

By Saturday, June 6, 2026, as we are required to submit our final headcount for catering.

When does the hotel block rate close?
Answer
For both the Holiday Inn Express and the Homewood Suites by Hilton, the block rates close on Monday, May 25, 2026. If you are having trouble booking, please reach out to the bride and groom as we may have to request more rooms in the block.
