Yes. The venue requires a guest list for their security personnel. If guests are not on the list, they may not be allowed to enter the premises. Guests who arrive to the venue the day of the wedding and did not RSVP by March 22, 2025, may experience difficulty entering the premises. To ensure that guests are on the list and an accurate count is provided to the venue, please RSVP to the reception by March 22, 2025. The ceremony does not require an RSVP.
The ceremony at the church will start promptly at 2 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as you may not be able to enter the church until after the wedding procession. The ceremony should end at about 3 p.m. Cocktail hour at the venue starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 5 pm. Guests will not be able to enter the venue earlier than 4 p.m. If guests arrive after 5 p.m., guests may have to wait to enter the venue until after 5:30 p.m. when the Grand Entrance has concluded. After the Grand Entrance has concluded, guests will be allowed to enter again at any time.
While we LOVE your beautiful children, this is an adult-only celebration. We are only able to accommodate the children of our wedding party and families traveling from afar. Please note that if your children are invited, it will clearly be stated in your RSVP. If you do not see a space for your children, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a night out.
Our event is Formal to Semi - Formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit). The church kindly asks that if your dress is low cut or strapless, a shawl or cover be worn for mass. The venue does not have grass. There is cement and hardwood flooring (in case you are wondering about what shoes to wear!)
Yes! Please enjoy an open bar throughout the evening. Drinks will be available starting at cocktail hour, 4pm.
The venue is indoor and outdoor with main seating inside. The venue has an outside, uncovered private patio with a water fountain. There is limited seating on the patio however, guests will be allowed to sit inside of the venue during cocktail hour if they prefer.
Weather can be unpredictable. At this time, we suggest that our guests plan for cooler weather and possible rain. The venue is air conditioned in the event the weather is warmer.
