We have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western in Newberg, which is about a 15 minute drive to the venue. Method of Reservations: Guests wanting to book a room must call the Best Western Newberg Inn directly at (503) 537-3000. Guests will not have access to this block or block rates by booking using an online reservation system. The guest will ask the front desk staff to book a room in the Myers-Davis Wedding block and tell them which date(s) they are wanting to reserve. After creation of the reservation, the front desk staff member will then send them an E-mail confirmation. Cancellation Policy: All reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to their arrival. Any guest that cancels after 3:00pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date for reserving rooms will be July 16th, 2020 at 3:00pm.
