You can... but we only have 25 rooms blocked for our wedding and the resort is notorious for selling out very far in advance. In fact the hotel is already sold out completely for a week around our wedding in 2021 for a corporate event because it is a very popular travel location. We also were able to lock-in cheaper 2020 rates since we booked our wedding back in 2019 prior to the resort earning 5-star diamond status which resulted in price increases.
Yes! You can change the dates you would like to be at the hotel up to 4 months prior to the event (as long as the hotel has the room availability - so the sooner the request is put in, the better).
Yes - as part of our contract in order to have our wedding on their resort, our guests must stay there at the resort. This also allows us to plan excursions, dinners, group hangouts at the swim-up bar, and other wedding festivities together leading up to our wedding so we can make memories with our closest friends and family!
You can't rain on our parade! If it rains we will have to move to a covered and indoor venue - but with all our closest friends, family, a beautiful location, and an open bar... it is sure to be a good time rain or shine! If you are concerned about traveling - you can purchase the 100 dollar travel insurance through the destination wedding website.
