As we know, COVID is still creating a moving target for how to live day-to-day life, let alone a big party! We truly plan to prioritize safety while celebrating. To our knowledge, the great majority of our guests are fully vaccinated and we are SO grateful as it eases much of the anxiety surrounding the day. If you haven't been vaccinated, we highly encourage you to do so! We will follow all the Zoo's protocols and guidelines, whatever they are, come September 5th. The ceremony is entirely outside and the reception is held in 2 separate pavilions with high ceilings and open sides (one side is brick for catering space while the others are open garage glass doors). There are also patio spaces & a boardwalk for those who prefer to stay outdoors. Masks are up to your comfort level and there will be no kids at the wedding. Any of these policies are subject to change and we so appreciate your understanding!

We will be providing a large shuttle from SpringHill Suites to the Zoo & back. The shuttle will leave SpringHill Suites at 4:15pm in order to accommodate travel time, Zoo parking traffic, and walking time to the ceremony event space, so you will get to visit the zoo for a bit! There will be 2 trips of the return shuttle to SpringHill Suites at 10:15 & 10:45pm.
Yes! You'll be able to park at the Columbus Zoo, please see your invitation for a free parking pass!
Due to the ongoing pandemic and attendance numbers, we're currently not having kids at the wedding. If you need help with childcare or have questions, please let us know!
No worries! The ticket allows you to enter the zoo any time after 4pm on Sunday Sept 5. If you can't find your ticket, bring the wedding invite to the gate just in case :)
