Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit or cocktail dress.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, reception, and after party will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be held indoors. Please keep this in mind when selecting attire.

When should I reply by?

We kindly ask you RSVP via our wedding website by May 1st.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn for guests staying at the hotel. The shuttle will depart for the ceremony at 4:30pm. There will be a shuttle returning to the hotel after the reception at 11pm and after the after-party at 1am.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site at Arrow Park.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

All events will be held at Arrow Park, including the after party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP please specify if you have any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate you.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and unfortunately no additional guests can be accommodated.
