When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Kindly reply by August 17, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We've elected for our wedding to be a child-free event, and we thank you in advance for your understanding. However, invitations will be specific and will include the names of any children who are invited.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans and try to avoid shades of blue as the wedding party will be wearing blue. We can't wait to see everyone!

Is it okay to take photos during the wedding?
Answer
Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phone be put away and silenced. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you like and please share them with us! We will have a wedding PhotoCircle that pictures can be uploaded to, the link will be available during the cocktail hour and reception. We will also have a photobooth set up for unlimited use during cocktail hour and the reception.

What time should I arrive?

The outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, please plan to arrive and make your way to your seats before then.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a gravel parking lot beside and behind the venue for you to park. If you need to drop someone off who may have trouble walking, there is a blacktop drive in front of the venue for drop offs.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes, along with water, tea, and lemonade, we will also offer a few selections from the bar. We will be serving select beers, wine, and seltzers.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed if you can't make it. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

What's for dinner?
Answer
We will offer self-service BBQ including pulled pork, pulled chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and coleslaw.
