We're getting married!

Our first date.. but we didn't know it. We had started spending a lot of time together by now, not knowing the other was interested. We went to a film festival in San Francisco's Mission District and afterwards walked to Bond Bar for a drink. We laughed most of the night and enjoyed spending time together.

Nearing sunset we drove up to our favorite viewpoint overlooking the San Francisco Bay Area; Grizzly Peak Vista Point. We found a private clearing with the sun peeking out between the trees and knew it was the perfect spot. We placed our champagne on a nearby tree trunk and each of us got on one knee to propose to one another. Even though this was planned it was a special, emotional, and life altering moment for us. We popped the champagne and toasted to our lives together. We then headed to one of our favorite Oakland restaurants, Mua, and celebrated the night away! We're looking forward to celebrating this next chapter of our lives with you. See you in Lake Tahoe!
