We met on the internet which seems very trendy nowadays haha. Anyways, we met on the internet and we agreed on meeting at the movie theater in Mt. Washington (which is no longer there) but we saw a movie together and it was VERY awkward as we did not talk at all. After our first date, we didn't talk much after that until he reached back out to me to see if I would be interested on going on a sushi date. Andddd I said yes surprisingly as I never had sushi before but we never stopped talking after that. About a month after our small date he had asked if I would be interested in going to his grandparents vow renewal to which I thought it was going to be a small gathering but BOY was I wrong. He met my parents that day and I met his entire dad's side of the family and long distant friends. And the rest is history.
