We're finally tying the knot!

A little over 13 years ago is when it all began and the day Jessica won the lottery . Mutual friends of ours had invited me over to hang out with some friends and co workers. They had told me about a girl they wanted me to meet, so I agreed to go. I walked through the door and the first thing I saw was Jessica. I immediately knew it was the right decision for me to come! It wasn’t until Jessica left and was introduced to the girl I was there to meet that I realized I misread the situation. Just my luck I fell for the wrong girl! I wasn’t going to let this stop me, so with some built up courage and the right timing, I asked her out on our first date and the rest is history! To this day, it was the best decision I ever made!

On our 7 year anniversary (yes, you read that right 7 years!) Dimitri took me back to where he asked me to be his girlfriend. He was so nervous but I didn’t know why since we frequently visited this spot. We sat down on a bench and admired the scenery, when the next thing I knew he was on his knee proposing with a ring he made out of green grocery ties.
