What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional! For The Ladies: A full-length silhouette, heels are preferred but not required. All colors are okay except for White! That’s for the Bride :) For The Gentlemen: A tuxedo isn't required but welcome. Please wear a jacket and tie. General: Please no hats, sneakers, flip-flops or boots of any kind.

Although we love our little ones, this is an adults only affair.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There are several climate controlled rooms on the property along with fans in outdoor common areas.

How do I get to the venue and is there parking?

Complimentary Valet will be provided at the venue. Should you need transportation from the hotel, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would like to keep our event to close family and friends. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I can’t attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

We’ve decided to stream our wedding ceremony for guests who can’t make it to be with us in person. You’ll find all the details here (link).

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Our main hotel block is at the Courtyard Marriott Coconut Grove for ~$200-$300/night. If you would like a more affordable option, a hotel block has been set up at the Hotel Arya for ~$179/night. Please see our travel page for more details.

Yes - Villa Woodbine is wheelchair accessible.
