When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving Thursday, July 30, 2026 so you can get settled and join the welcome celebrations. You’re welcome to arrive earlier and make a trip out of it!

Do I have to book through the wedding link?

Answer

Yes—please use the wedding link so you’re counted in our room block and wedding guest list, and so our team can help you if anything comes up.

Is travel insurance required?

Answer

It’s not required, but we highly encourage it so you can make 2 payments instead of 1 for your hotel room. Also, insurance can’t be added later, so please select it when you book.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

Most guests will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). This is also where you will find your transportation to the Hotel. Transportation is covered with the hotel reservation.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones aren’t automatically included. If your invitation doesn’t specifically include a guest and you’d like to bring someone, please message us before booking so we can confirm.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but we’re planning a child-free wedding weekend. If we’ve specifically invited your children, we’ll let you know directly—otherwise please plan for childcare.

What should I bring?

Passport + ID, travel confirmations, credit card + a little cash Wedding outfits: welcome night look, wedding-day outfit, comfy shoes, light layer for evenings Beach basics: 2+ swimsuits, cover-up, sandals, hat/sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen Health: prescriptions, basic meds (pain relief, allergy, stomach), electrolytes Bring Great Energy and dancing shoes!
