We politely ask that if your significant other wasn't mentioned on your invite - that they please sit this one out. We love you, we're sorry, but weddings are f**king expensive.
Wear whatever makes you feel awesome. It's a funky little outlaw town hidden in the forest. There's really no dress code, just please don't wear spiked heels/stilettos because the ground is soft and the wood on the property is old and easily damaged. The weather was really nice when we went up there last year on November 8th, 2021. It was about 65/70 during the day and it got chilly down to the 50's/40's at night. So, please bring a sweater if you need. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, but dinner/dessert and dancing will be inside.
This will be a BYOB affair. You can bring literally anything you want...a bottle, several bottles, a few beers, mixers...whatever. Our bartenders will serve whatever you bring to you, so please bring cash to tip them properly. You will be 100% responsible for finding a sober ride home. So please party responsibly.
Due to the fact that we care deeply for all whom are invited...we are going to ask that you get tested 2 days prior to the festivities. Please respect our wishes to protect our loved ones. We will provide masks for those that may want or need them, though as of now they will not be required. The last thing we want is for our wedding to be the cause of anyone getting sick let alone multiple people getting sick.
Park right at the venue. Bandit Town has TONS of parking, so you should have no issue. If you're planning on drinking, or you're not comfortable driving at night...feel free to carpool with a designated driver. :)
There are definitely transportation options via Waze, Uber or Lyft but we're unsure of availability. Your best bet is to pick a designated driver... (there's like 50+ sober people coming) and just plan your own responsible ride home.
Most accommodations in Oakhurst that we've found are 20-25 mins from Bandit Town. Most North Fork Air Bnb's/vacation rentals are like...5-10 mins.
Yes you can! $25 a night per vehicle. Please note that there are NO RV hookups on site.
YES! PLEASE RESERVE YOUR PASSES ASAP! You can buy a several-day pass for $33 here: https://www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10086745/ticket/10086746. Or, you can pay at the entrance to the park. We recently visited and got a week long pass for $35.
Yes, but not indoors and please do NOT just flick or stamp out your cigarettes anywhere. Remember Smokey the Bear and don't be a jerk. There will be a designated smoking area on the deck of the saloon. Please do NOT smoke or vape weed at our wedding.
