Things To Do

We're so excited to welcome you to our fabulous city! San Francisco is actually quite small -- you can pretty much get anywhere within 20 minutes! Below is just a handful of some of our favorite places, and we hope this will help guide your stay as you enjoy your weekend with us!
EAT & DRINK

EAT & DRINK

☕️ Reveille Coffee

2268 Chestnut Street, San Francisco, CA 94123

A local business with a few locations in the city, this is our favorite spot for a healthy breakfast bowl and a great latte!

🥐 Cafe de Casa

685 Beach Street, San Francisco, CA 94133

A local, woman-owned cafe that sells Brazilian specialties like pastries, acai bowls, and sandwiches. We love their pastéis, cheese bread, and kibe!

🍕Tony's Pizza Napoletana

1570 Stockton Street, San Francisco, CA 94133

The #1 best pizza in San Francisco! Located in San Francisco's Little Italy, we love coming here whenever we have visitors in town. Their menu is split into different ovens / temperatures that they use to fire their award-winning pizza. Our favorite pizza on the menu is The New Yorker.

🌯 Taqueria El Farolito

2950 24th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110

Arguably the best burrito in San Francisco, located in the Mission District.

🥟 Yank Sing (Stevenson St.)

49 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94105

You can't go wrong with pretty much any dim sum place in the city, but if you want the traditional experience where you pick things off the cart, this is a great place to visit! We love getting soup dumplings, pot stickers, pork buns, and egg tarts! Pro tip: dim sum is typically eaten for brunch, so we recommend planning for it earlier in the day for peak freshness!

🎣 Hook Fish Co

4542 Irving Street, San Francisco, CA 94122

A little further out near Ocean Beach, this is one of our favorite places to get fresh seafood!

🏙️ Top of the Mark

999 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94108

Incredible views of the city! They often have live jazz and always have great snacks and drinks. Come here for pre or post dinner drinks and you won't be disappointed.

🍸 The Buena Vista

2765 Hyde Street, San Francisco, CA 94109

The Buena Vista is known as *the* place to get an Irish Coffee in the US! It's also quite close to Ghirardelli Square, where we're having our welcome party. Cheers!

🏯 Japan Center Malls

1737 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94115

If you're interested in trying ramen, sushi, matcha, boba, mochi or any other Japanese specialty, we highly recommend checking out the Japantown Mall! It's a shopping and food court with endless places to go, we recommend Marufuku for ramen, and Little Sweet for Boba.

⛴️ Ferry Building

1 Ferry Building, San Francisco, CA 94105

The iconic SF Ferry Building is one of the best places to see local food and vendors! Check out the bustling Saturday morning Farmer's Market to try out the local produce, and make sure to grab a bite! Our favorite vendors include: Red Bay Coffee, Fatted Calf, Humphrey Slocombe Ice Cream (try the flavor Secret Breakfast), and Hog Island Oyster Co. Afterwards, walk along Embarcadero to see the water and views of the Bay Bridge, Golden Gate, and Alcatraz!

🌁 Presidio Tunnel Tops

210 Lincoln Boulevard, San Francisco, CA 94129

Head to the new Tunnel Tops Park for awesome views of the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as nicely paved walking trails and plenty of seating. Definitely recommend if it's sunny and you want to get your steps in!

🌳 Golden Gate Park

100 John F Kennedy Drive, San Francisco, CA 94118

Fun Fact: Golden Gate Park is actually larger than Central Park in NYC! It has everything from endless trails and gardens, museums, and even Bison roaming around near Ocean Beach! Golden Gate Park is our favorite place to hang out with friends in San Francisco. Come for the natural beauty, and stay for the people watching!

🌊 Baker Beach

12 25th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94121

A great beach that's a little more protected from the wind than Ocean Beach. Come here for great views of the bridge, bring a picnic and catch some sun! 😎

🦭 Pier 39

The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94133

Pier 39 is definitely the biggest tourist hot spot in San Francisco. As locals, we don't visit here too often, but if there's one thing to see it's the huge number of California Sea Lions lounging in the marina! They typically cover the entire end of the pier, and sometimes even hop on people's boats.

🌈 Dolores Park

19th Street, San Francisco, CA 94114

Dolores Park has one of the best views of the city from the top -- not to mention great people watching. This is the place to be on the weekends in the Mission District, especially if it's sunny! Grab a burrito from any of the taquerias nearby (and maybe some cerveza too) and bring it here to enjoy!

🥾 Lands End Trail

Lands End Trail, San Francisco, CA 94121

If you want to do a hike but don't want to venture outside the city, look no further than the Lands End Trail! This is an awesome way to get views the Golden Gate Bridge, Pacific Ocean, and the Marin Headlands. It's a 4 mile round trip hike, and has some sandy and uneven ground, so we'd recommend wearing sneakers or hiking sandals.

🏛️ Palace of Fine Arts

3601 Lyon Street, San Francisco, CA 94123

A gorgeous site with greco-roman architecture and beautiful gardens. Come here to take beautiful pictures!

🖼️ de Young Museum

50 Hagiwara Tea Garden Drive, San Francisco, CA 94118

This museum has endless great artwork and special exhibits. Pro tip: If you don't have time to check out the art, you can at least go to the top floor for a great view of Golden Gate Park and surrounding areas. It's free admission - just tell the receptionist you'd like to go to the Observatory and they will point you to the elevators in the back, no ticket required!

🎶 a few tunes...

For those of you traveling in, welcome to THE city by the Bay! Here are some tunes from local artists and SF admirers alike to capture the vibe 🎧✨ enjoy!
