Did the reception location change?

Answer

We've made a slight adjustment to our reception venue, but rest assured, every other detail of our celebration remains unchanged. The timing, plans, and all the excitement are exactly as originally intended. When you RSVP on our website, the updated address will be automatically displayed with your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

This will be a formal event. Muted colors are preferred! Ladies please avoid white, ivory, bold patterns, or bright colors. Bridal party will be wearing a deep turquoise green— feel free to wear complimentary colors.

Where is the ceremony, and what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. We kindly ask that guests arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes early to be seated before it begins. Ample free parking is available for the ceremony, but please note: there is a meeting at 5:00 PM, so we kindly ask that all vehicles be moved from the parking lot shortly after the ceremony concludes.

Will there be a reception?

Answer

Yes — there will be a reception by invitation only, beginning at 5:00 PM. If your RSVP includes an invitation to the reception, those details will be included in your invite. As much as we would love to celebrate this special day with each and every one of you, we’ve chosen to keep the reception smaller in order to stay focused on our spiritual goals and keep things simple as we begin our new life together. If you’re joining us for the ceremony only, please know how deeply grateful we are for your presence and support. It means the world to us to have you share in such a meaningful part of our day. We truly hope to spend time with you soon—whether over dinner, coffee, or a relaxed get-together in the near future!

What can reception guests expect?

Answer

For those joining us at the reception, there will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner around 6:00 PM, then dancing and fun! There is limited parking directly at the reception venue, and nearby street parking, so carpooling is appreciated. If you plan to enjoy drinks, please consider using a ride service like Uber or Lyft for your safety.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Our reception will feature a flavorful Mexican taco bar, a complimentary bar with signature drinks, and dessert. We will have gluten-free and dairy-free options available. If you have any other dietary needs, feel free to let us know in advance—we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are registered with Amazon and Target for your convenience, and links can be found under the “Registry” tab here on our Zola site. Thank you for your generosity and love!
