We suggest 'Church Attire' or 'Semi-Formal.' The church is a sacred space for us, so we aim for a look that is respectful but still ready for a celebration!
We are so honored to have you with us! In the Catholic Church, the Eucharist is a sign of our total 'oneness' in faith, life, and worship. We respectfully ask Catholics who are not in a state of grace as well as those not in full communion with the Catholic Church come forward with arms crossed over their chest for a blessing.
For Catholics, marriage is more than a legal contract; it is a Sacrament: a visible sign of God’s invisible grace and love. We believe the church is a sacred space where Christ is truly present in the Eucharist. By marrying in the church, we are uniting our lives in the New Covenant in which Christ has united himself for ever to the Church, his beloved bride for whom he gave himself up.
We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture the day so that you can be fully present with us. We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony—it helps keep the focus on the sacredness of the moment and ensures no one’s view is blocked by a screen!
