Question
Where is the wedding ceremony?

The ceremony and following festivities will be held at Round Hill Pines Beach Resort, located at 300 US-50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448

What time is the wedding?
Answer
We are asking guests to arrive between 3-4pm for cocktails and pictures. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Shuttles will be provided from locations TBA

How long are the festivities?
Answer
We must be off the beach no later than 9:30 pm. We ask that you leave with the shuttles prior to that.
Question
Will we be required to wear a mask or be vaccinated?
Answer
We will comply with NV state laws, CDC recommendations and National Forrest requirements for outside assembly. As of now, (May 1, 2021) Vaccinations are required to attend (if eligible for vaccination) and masks required to be worn, except when eating, drinking, or are distanced 6' from others outside of your pod. WE WILL UPDATE THIS INFO AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE WEDDING.

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
The Ceremony and all activities are outside. The ceremony itself will be on the beach, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear. ;)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The theme is 50's, rockabilly, beach, - dress for a beach wedding (it'll be warm) but feel free to be comfortable, NOT casual.

Is there parking at the location?
Answer
There is VERY limited parking, please do not drive, we will provide shuttles from the Tahoe Beach Resort Hotel and Lakeland village, or we suggest calling for uber/lyft.

Will we have access to the beach?
Answer
Yes! We will have access to jet skis, peddle boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards (for rent) and the beach - bring your swim suits and towels! Jet-Ski, 2 passengers (max combined weight 400 lbs) $139/hr. WaveRunner, 2 passengers (max combined weight 400 lbs) $139/hr. Fuel surcharge $15/hr. Note: Child passengers must be able to rest feet on floorboard; rental rates do not include $10/hr. fuel charge; driver must provide valid drivers license; boundaries apply. Pedal Boats 2-Seater: $35/hr. 4-Seater: $45/hr. Kayaks Single: $35/1hr., $55/2hrs., $85/4hrs. Double: $45/1 hr., $75/2hrs., $95/4hrs. Standup Paddle Boards: $40/hr.
