Emily and Jessee met freshman year at the University of Kentucky. By senior year, they were close friends — running into each other in the art building, sharing playlists, rooftop hangs, jamming at concerts, and catching up between classes. Those moments always made her day. Jessee was usually on his bike, either delivering sandwiches, heading to class, or just cruising around — long hair, interesting dance moves, and an easygoing vibe that instantly made people feel comfortable. For their first date, they skipped game-day for a hike at Red River Gorge. Later dates included bouldering at Climb Nulu and exploring the trails of Cherokee Park. After a short season of long distance and a fun visit to the mountains, Emily was all in — on Jessee, the lifestyle, and the West. Seven years later, they’ve built a life full of adventure, climbing, skiing, and laughter. And now, here we are!
