How much money should we bring?

Answer

I recommend bringing $200-$500 USD in pesos, depending how actively you want to explore or if you’re buying lots of souvenirs, that’s more than enough for the few days.

Where can I change my money into Pesos?

Answer

My dad goes to Tecate each month and changes money then, I would recommend putting the money you want to change in a small envelope and write your name on it. He can change it and give it to you with receipt. If you would like to do it yourself, you can go to Tijuana, San Ysidro, or Otay. I believe there’s also a spot to change currency at the airport (please make sure to arrive with enough time to do this). I can also direct you to a spot in Silao.

How do I get around?

Here are some numbers for taxi drivers: Day of the wedding, there will be a bus to pick you up from the hotel and take you to the church, party, and back.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to give us a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be truly appreciated. Especially considering we cannot bring back gifts from Mexico.
