If you are staying at one of the hotels listed below, a shuttle service will be available for transportation to the reception beginning at 4:30 pm. The final shuttle will run thirty minutes after the reception concludes. If you are not staying overnight, you are still welcome to utilize the shuttle service if desired.

At this time our block is at capacity. If you wish to stay at this hotel, you are still more than welcome to do so. We are trying to extend the block, but we have been advised there are other events at the DoubleTree the weekend of 10/01/22, so they recommend booking soon. Thank you for your understanding.
