Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have limited children to immediate family members only. Please understand we want you to have a great time and let loose in Vegas!!

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress!! When else have you ever had a reason to dress up in Las Vegas. Black-tie formal is strongly encouraged with floor length gowns. Event will be outdoors with an expected temperature in the mid 80's. Temperatures can drop to mid 60's at night so a light jacket is recommended. Chunky heels or wedge's are recommended because of the event space. Please no polos, jeans, tennis shoes, or work boots.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Las Vegas has a number or hotels, resorts, air b&b's, and other options. If you are looking for the full Vegas experience we recommend staying at one of the Resorts along the strip. Personally we recommend The Wynn, Caesars Palace, The Bellagio, and MGM Grand. However, for convenience there are plenty of rooms available at the JW Marriott where the event will take place. We will not have a designated room block reserved.

Question

When can I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend 30 mins prior (4:00 p.m.) as there will be other weddings the day of. Valet services will be provided free of charge at the venue. Vegas traffic can be congested at times and finding the rideshare pickup location at your resort can be confusing and time consuming. Please plan accordingly.

Question

When can I arrive to Las Vegas?

Answer

We decided to host a joint open bachelor/bachelorette beginning Wednesday, September 24. There will be a Facebook group with all details of events and locations if you wish to join us. Please RSVP through this website and you will be added at a later date with the details.

Question

What should I know before going to Vegas?

Answer

Shows and dinner reservations can book out as far as 60 days in advance. Most casino's have a +$10 fee for utilizing the ATM. Rideshare's are worth it. Just because there is parking available, understanding the Vegas traffic and how far or accessible parking is, taking the Uber/Lyft is recommended. Vegas is the experience you make it. Depending where you stay, what you want to see or do, outside of the wedding, and what you are willing to spend can make a world of difference. Tip culture is strongly enforced with $5 being a minimum tip. When you check into your hotel explain that this is your first time in Las Vegas / you're here for a wedding / this is the first time staying at this resort with a $20 bill (or more) and you will most likely be upgraded to a suite or better accommodations. This has worked every time we have checked in. On a bonus note, we were deliberate in choosing our date so as there are no other major events scheduled that weekend in Las Vegas, meaning rates are not going to be exaggerated and rooms will not be sold out in town. Lastly, if you choose to gamble only take money you are comfortable losing and I promise you are not one more spin/roll/hand away from a major jackpot. Understand the game you are playing either by Google, YouTube, or TikTok but do your research. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Jesse by text at 626-383-0772.
