What is the dress code?

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire.

Due to limited space, we respectfully request an adults-only ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Will there be parking for the wedding ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes, there are available lots near the venue. There is the ALCO Parking lot located at 2121 Smallman Street Pittsburgh, PA 15222. There is also the PPG Public Parking lot behind The Terminal. There is also the opportunity to use Ride share options such as Uber and Lyft. A shuttle will be provided from a hotel.

When should I arrive to The Art Room?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:25 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage our friends and family to take as many photos and videos throughout the remainder of the day, once the ceremony is finished!

Are there hotel rooms blocked?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at several hotels (please refer to the Travel page for hotel lists.) Will there be a shuttle from the Hotels?

Answer

A shuttle will be available from the AC Hotel. First shuttle will leave at 3:50 PM and the second shuttle will leave at 4:15 PM. If you are staying at Homewood suites please walk over to AC hotel to catch the shuttle.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have specific dietary restrictions, please let us know. Our menu is mostly gluten free with the exception of a few appetizers. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know.
