Getting Here

All of the fun and festivities will be happening right in the heart of downtown Chicago! If at all possible, we recommend taking public transportation or ride shares to make getting here a little easier. For those of you who will be flying, an Uber ride to the Renaissance Hotel from either O'Hare or Midway airport can be around $30 - $40. The hotel is also located about one mile from both Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center, which offers another option for leaving that car behind. If you are familiar with the CTA, the hotel is just north of the State and Lake stop.

Parking

If you are planning to drive there are several parking options near the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking at the discounted rate of $69/ night for our guests (yes, that is a discounted rate) or $35 for event parking (not overnight). If you do want to use the valet at the hotel, please plan some extra time for the valet service. The hotel is fully booked that weekend and the valet is expected to be very busy and may take longer than usual. However, there are many other parking options nearby, and several options right across the street from the hotel. Two of the nearby parking garages are 181 N Dearborn St. and 19 W Lake St. We suggest booking parking with Spot Hero to find the best rates, and you can usually find overnight parking rates at a significantly lower price.
