How long should we stay out there for?

Answer

We recommend coming at least from Thursday Nov 6, 2025 - Sunday 9, 2025. If you can stay longer we definitely recommend it so that you can explore everything the Valley and Southern California has to offer. Please see the 'Things To Do' tab for Prai & Jesse's local attractions and restaurant recommendations.

What is the Dress Code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

The welcome party attire is BLUE resort casual, so please wear your favorite shade of blue. We want everyone to be comfortable and chic. Please look at the 'Attire Inspiration' page for reference.

What is the dress code for Wedding day?

Answer

Dress to Impress! Our wedding is Formal and traditional Indian wear. The bride will be wearing both styles at some point in the day. Women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal suits. Please feel free to look at the 'Attire Inspiration' tab for more details. For the ladies, please refrain from wearing white as that color is reserved for the bride.

Is the Welcome Party and the Wedding Ceremony/Reception at the same location?

Answer

No. The welcome party and wedding ceremony/reception are located in two separate but neighboring cities. The distance between the two locations is is about 25 mins, which is why we suggest finding Air Bnb's or hotels in either La Quinta, CA or Indio, CA which is somewhat in between both.

If I get an Air BNB, what city do you suggest staying in?

Answer

We would recommend finding an Air Bnb that is located in either the city of La Quinta, CA or Indio, CA. We suggest this because these two cities reside between the Ceremony and the Welcome party locations. If you are in either city it should be anywhere between a 15-20 min drive to get to both wedding locations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. We want to be able to comfortably accommodate all of our invited guests.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by October 1, 2025, you will automatically be marked as 'not attending'. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow enough time to be escorted to the ceremony space and find seating. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will no longer be granted.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you are planning on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
