Our Story
Like every great modern love story, theirs began on a dating app filled with dad jokes, laughter, and an instant connection. Mike showed up in the shortest shorts Colorado has ever seen, and Jess was immediately smitten while also being eaten alive by mosquitoes at a local brewery. They talked for hours, laughed until they cried, and from that night on, they were inseparable.
Their adventures have taken them from spontaneous weekend getaways to a wild Colorado storm spent sheltering in a barn, all the way across the world to Vietnam. They’ve shared sunny Mexico vacations with cocktails in hand and Minnesota summers on the lake with the Bockelmann family.
Together, they’ve built a home full of love, laughter, and way too many 4-wheeling trips. Their favorite memories remain the small moments: snowy late-night walks with Winston, kicking through fall leaves, apple-picking weekends, and building ridiculous backyard mini pools.
