Yes, you get all your meals and activities included in the cost of your cabin or private room stay.
If you are staying offsite at a hotel, bed and breakfast, or other accommodation you can purchase a meal and activities pass for the weekend at the link below: https://www.poconoscampweddings.com/book-your-stay-1/lynchsharp-wedding
No, the ceremony, reception and fire circle do not require a 'meals and activities' pass.
All meals will be cooked by the onsite chef from Louisiana, and will be buffet style. There will be options for all including vegetarian and vegan options.
About 10-15 people can fit into each cabin, yet we have some flexibility as we wont be at capacity and will have some cabins we can fill with less people. Jesse and Maddie will group people into cabins based on their understanding of friend and family groups. Information will be sent to you about your cabin placement closer to the event and can be rearranged if needed. If there is someone you know that will be attending the event that you would prefer not to be lodging with you can privately email Maddie at msharp@vt.edu or Jesse at jesoterik@gmail.com and we will make note of this preference during our cabin placement process.
Private rooms are big enough for 2 adults and maybe 1-2 small children. There is a queen size bed, closet and bathroom in the room, yet not much extra floor space (maybe enough for a twin size air mattress)
