The Oregon Film Museum is a museum highlighting and celebrating movies that were made in the U.S. state of Oregon such as “The Goonies”. The museum is housed in the old Clatsop County Jail in Astoria, Oregon, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Haystack Rock is a 235 ft-tall sea stack in Cannon Beach, Oregon. It is the third-tallest such intertidal structure in the world. A popular tourist destination on the Oregon Coast, the monolithic rock is adjacent to the beach and accessible by foot at low tide.
The Tillamook Cheese Factory is the Tillamook County Creamery Association's original cheese production facility. The Tillamook Cheese Factory also has a visitor center, the Tillamook Creamery, and hosts over 1.3 million tourists each year. Visitors can learn about the cheesemaking process, cheese packaging process, and the ice cream-making process from a viewing gallery over the main production floor. Tours are self-guided and self-paced, and are augmented by video presentations and interactive kiosks.
