We were both in a parade together at Universal Studios Orlando in 2013. He was a drummer. I was a dancer. We were friends and co-workers for years until we both realized there was something more there. We took a leap of faith and landed into the love we had been searching for our whole lives. Six years later, many countries visited, and a house full of love, we are excited and delighted to make this a forever thing!

We usually take a big trip once a year. For 2023, we chose Croatia. We experienced a little adversity regarding the weather, pushing back his planned proposal on what was supposed to be our "Croatian sun-sation." Nine days into our adventure on the island of Korcula and our first day of sunshine, he decided to seize the moment. We woke up at sunrise, drove through vineyards past the town of Lumbarda, and to a secluded point. The sun rising over the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by the Dalmatian Mountains, he got down on one knee and asked if I would spend forever with him. And now you all can help us celebrate the answer to that question: Yes!
