All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination (adults and children ages 5+) or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event. If you have concerns about you or your family's exposure, we would like to know how we can make you comfortable, if possible. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors (weather permitting).
No! Please use directions provided here. Do NOT take Highland Way, it is a windy one-lane road and will not save you time. If your route doesn't take you through Santa Cruz or Aptos (from the North), or Watsonville (through the South), chances are you are on the wrong path.
Please pack sensible shoes for dancing and outdoor unpaved areas (no stilettos, for your own sake) and layers for warm or cool coastal weather. Sun protection and insect repellant are also recommended.
Access to on-site lodging and off-site hotels are available. If you are into rustic summer camp vibes, there are limited on-site accommodations subject to availability. These include group cabins (sleep 3-5), and campsites (10'x10') each with shared bathrooms and shower facilities. Reservations to come. The venue is a 25-35 minute drive from town through some lovely orchards and forested hillside. Shuttles will be provided to/from the venue at the Best Western All-Suites Inn and the Best Western Capitola by the Sea (hotel stay not required for shuttle use). For non-hotel guests, carpooling is recommended from the 24 hr Soquel/Front Parking Garage in Santa Cruz, 0.4 mile from the Best Western All-Suites Inn shuttle pickup.
