HOTEL BLOCKS

We have two options for hotel blocks, they are both outlined below. Call either one and give the name Dyck/Braun, they will book you into the wedding block. Both hotels chosen are conveniently located within the SW quadrant of Calgary. Feel free to book anywhere else, this is just an easy option for a guaranteed spot with a set price! If we go forward with a shuttle to go to and from the venue, these are the two locations that the shuttle will pick up and drop off. 1.) Shuttle

SHUTTLE TO/FROM VENUE

August 8, 2026 3:45 pm - 12:00 am

We are considering providing a shuttle bus to pick people up from the Calgary hotel blocks and drive them to the wedding venue for 3:45pm, then to drive people back to the hotel blocks from the venue at approximately midnight-1am. If this is something you would utilize, when you RSVP there is a question there to indicate your interest. We will only be moving forward with this if there are enough people who answer yes. If you are not staying within the hotel blocks, you can transport yourself to the hotel and still utilize the shuttle if you want!

ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT TO/FROM THE VENUE

If you opt out of the shuttle and choose to drive to the venue in your personal vehicle, there is plenty of parking available for everyone. If you are drinking and do not have a designated driver, Uber and certain taxi companies (Checker Cabs, Calgary United Cabs, Associated Cabs) do go out to our venue, but expect a higher price tag with that. Make sure to call in advance to accommodate the time it takes for them to drive out to the venue.

AREAS TO STAY

For our out-of-town guests, if you are booking your own airbnb/hotel, the lower SW of Calgary or within the town of Okotoks would be most convenient in proximity to the wedding venue!
