Train: The venue is a 15 minute walk from the Wassaic train station. Wassaic is the last stop on the Metro-North Harlem Line, which leaves from Grand Central many times a day and arrives in Wassaic 9ish times on Saturdays. Staying at any stop along the line would be convenient. Suburbs like White Plains have more numerous options for hotels. You could also travel in from the city for the day. The last train back from Wassaic is around 10pm.
Ride-share: Cabs and ride-share options are limited in the area, so if you are traveling without a car it might be best to stay at a place that is within walking distance of the train station in whichever town you choose. As you get closer to the city, there are more cab/ride-share options.
Car: Wassaic is also easy to get to by car. The venue (and Wassaic's quaint “downtown”) doesn't have a ton of parking, but you can park at the train station and walk to the venue.
