We have set aside a specific budget for this entire affair and cannot afford to pay for individuals travel expenses.
Business Casual usually entails, but is not limited to the following: Masculine - Slacks, Button-Up Shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweaters or Sweater Vests, Loafers or Dress Shoes , Blazers, Kilts Feminine - Blazers, Blouses, Button-Down shirts, Modest Dresses/Skirts, Closed-Toe Heels, Flats, Loafers Non-Binary - Mix and Match from Both Categories! This list is not all inclusive. If you Google "Business Casual" that's a good indication of what you can wear. We request that guests avoid wearing complete white to the wedding. Formal military uniforms are an exception to this rule
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Reception and other activities will be indoors.
The venue is handicap accessible. There are wheelchair ramps outside, as well as an elevator for movement between indoor and outdoor areas.
Due to the presence of immunocompromised family members, we request that you please do not attend if you are ill or have tested positive for COVID a month from the event. If you do end up getting sick immediately beforehand, we request that a mask be worn during the event.
Parking is free and plentiful at the venue. You may Uber or Lyft if you prefer, or if you'll be drinking.
We anticipate serving dinner around 4:30pm CST, however there will be snack plates to munch on before and after the ceremony
We will be serving champagne and a variety of beer during the reception. Please do not bring hard alcohol on premises, you will be asked to return it to your car or throw it away.
