Hotel & Shuttle info
The shuttle will pick up guests at Wyndham Garden at 3:20 PM and at Irish Cottage at 3:40 PM. It will wait 10 minutes at each stop before departing. After the initial pickup, the shuttle will make one additional loop for anyone who missed the first trip, stopping for 5 minutes at each hotel—so please be ready and waiting. If you are not staying at either of these hotels, you are still welcome to meet at either location to catch a ride on the shuttle. The shuttle will also be available to transport guests back to Irish Cottage and The Wyndham Garden Hotel after the event. Starting at 8:30 PM, the shuttle will make regular trips back to the hotels until the end of the night.
