Howell Territorial Park 13901 NW Howell Park Rd Portland, OR 97231 Sauvie Island is 15-30 minutes from most anywhere in Portland. There will be plenty of parking at Howell Park with some overflow parking available on the farm. Please consider carpooling; there are currently no ride-sharing services available but Radio Cab does offer traditional taxi service.
