We have a room block at Hotel Boulderado, an iconic hotel built in 1909. It's located in the heart of Downtown Boulder, just one block away from Pearl Street Mall. Guests can choose between modern or vintage style rooms. To receive our group rate, book online through our link below or call Hotel Boulderado’s Reservations department at 303-442-4344. Group rate is available Thursday, May 12, 2022 through Sunday, May 15, 2022. The last date to reserve under the group rate is Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Shuttle

Shuttle to the Ceremony

May 14, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will run from both Hotel Boulderado and Embassy Suites to the ceremony. There are three shuttles total for pick-up on the way to the ceremony. Shuttle service will also be provided after the ceremony from the venue back to the hotels. Be ready to get on the shuttle by 4:00 pm. The shuttle that picks up at Embassy Suites will stop at Hotel Boulderado on the way to the ceremony.

Embassy Suites is another lovely hotel in Boulder. It's a five minute drive from Downtown and they serve complimentary breakfast. Group rate is available for the nights of Friday, May 13, 2022 and Saturday, May 14, 2022. The last day to reserve with our rate is Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
