Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have NO parking on our street or house 💍 Wedding Shuttle & Parking Info 💍 🚫 There is no space for parking on our street or at the house. The road is extremely narrow — cars cannot fit on the sides, and there is truly no room for even one vehicle. 🅿️ We’ve rented the parking lot at Twin Falls Middle School and a 15-person shuttle to bring guests back and forth. The address 46910 SE Middle Fork Rd North Bend, WA 98045 🚗 If you’re carpooling: • Drop passengers (and kids) at the house first. (Please do this, not everyone will fit on the shuttle) • The driver should then park at Twin Falls and ride the shuttle back. • The shuttle does not have car seats, so children must be dropped off at the house with an adult. 🚌 Shuttle Schedule: • First shuttle is at 1:20 • Running about every 20 to 25 minutes until 2:30 pm • 🚫 No shuttle service from 2:30–3:15 pm during the ceremony — please plan accordingly, and not everyone will fit on the last shuttle so if you can get here early, please do! RECEPTION ONLY CROWD- Shuttle will start up by 3:30 to bring you to the reception. ✨ Arrive early to the middle school!! We’ll have food & drinks available BRIDAL/GROOMSMEN party: Your vehicles will need to be taken to the middle school as well and take the shuttle back. If you can get dropped off morning of with no vehicle - even better 🚨road work: scheduled closures on I-90 for Oct. 4th. There seems to be some on I-90 through Issaquah and Mercer Island. people should check with WSDOT for closures and plan accordingly. If you are late to the last shuttle pre ceremony, you will have to wait till post ceremony shuttle starts back up and join us for the reception. Thank you so much for helping us make this day run smoothly. We know this isn’t a normal thing, but appreciate everyone collaborating to make it happen. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💕

For the ceremony, please dress in semi formal garden attire. Bring a change of clothes for the reception. For the reception, Please wear comfortable warm clothes, and dress for the weather. You will be walking on gravel and dirt. This is a bonfire party, in the woods. Shoes like muck boots are highly encouraged

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? or Reception?

Answer

If you are apart of the small ceremony crew, please arrive by 2:30 pm. For the rest of the guests coming to the reception, please arrive anytime after 4:00 pm.

Question

What is a bonfire party?

Answer

This is not your average reception. We just want to have a big 'ol fire with good food and drinks and celebrate with all of our people. Dinner and Drinks will be provided. We are not having a photographer at the reception, instead we purchased disposable cameras and are asking our friends and family to capture the night.

Question

Should guests bring anything?

Answer

If you are wanting to have a camp chair at the bonfire, please bring your own with you. We are advising shoes that can get dirty and warm clothes. If needed, bring a tent to spend the night on the property. If you would like to camp in a tent on our property, feel free. We would rather have our friends spend the night here then drive home drunk.
