How Do I RSVP?

Answer

We are collecting RSVPs through alternative methods, as our biggest conflict with the previous invitations was with RSVPs being delivered to all guests. You can find the RSVP form on the RSVP page of this site. Please resubmit your RSVP or submit your initial RSVP through the link provided on that page.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Due to major changes to our wedding and the website, we have extended the RSVP due date to May 16th to accommodate communication of accurate details to all guests and for the guests who unfortunately suffered from the RSVP conflicts associated with the previous invites.

WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Lakeside Memorial Park in Forest Lake and the reception will take place at the Forest Lake American Legion. Full address and details can be found on the schedule page of this site.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS?

Answer

A complete schedule of events can be found on the schedule page of this site. The wedding takes place from 4:00pm to 2:00am (bar close).

WHAT IS FOR DINNER?

Answer

One of the major changes to our special day is that we will be offering an Italian-style dinner and plan on serving Cheese Tortellini in Alfredo sauce, Lasagna, Meatballs, Cheese Bread, and Salads.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We expect formal wear at our wedding, but also understand the need to beat the heat so make sure it is something you're comfortable in. No jeans or yellow attire please!

Can I bring a +1? (Additional Guests)

Answer

We are allowing additional guests that you may add to your party within the RSVP. Allowable +1s are partners and children, unless already pre-approved by the Bride and Groom to be or are already included on your wedding invitation.

WILL THERE BE DRINKING?

Answer

We do plan on celebrating with alcoholic beverages. Please plan accordingly and we expect respectful behavior. We also will be serving soda and coffee for those who would like to drink something else.

ARE THERE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO DRINK?

Answer

If you plan on drinking and do not have a sober ride home, we will be blocking out some rooms at the nearest hotel. The nearest hotel is the AmericInn in Forest Lake, just down the street from the legion. More details regarding our Hotel Block can be found on the Accommodations page of this site. Carpooling options are likely to be available to the hotel.
