Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the wedding and reception will be outdoors.

Our wedding is adults only. We appreciate you understanding.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Elegant but not overly formal. If you plan on wearing heels, please note that the ceremony and part of the reception takes place on grass. We will also have a couple hours of sun, so plan to dress comfortably for a bit of warm weather before the sun sets.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We encourage guests to use Uber/Lyft but there is also complimentary self parking at Hummingbird Nest. From there, it's a quick shuttle ride to Q Vineyard. For anyone staying in Westlake, we will provide shuttle transportation to the venue. More info to come.

What are the best nearby places to turn this weekend into a longer trip?

Answer

Westlake Village is not too far from Malibu if you're looking for some time at the beach. If you're looking to take a trip before or after the weekend, it's just under an hour to Santa Barbara and a just a bit further to the Santa Ynez Valley (one of our favorite wine regions) where you can explore Los Alamos, Los Olivos, Solvang and more. You can always spend a few nights in LA as well.
