Dinner Style

We are excited to offer our guests a cocktail style reception. This will include an evening of drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, station-style main course, dessert and dancing. Our goal is to allow our guests to graze throughout the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For the first time ever, Jess plans to be on time. Please be settled in your seat a few minutes before 6p.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. Ultimately, we aim to strike a balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. We kindly request no jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to have everyone join us, unfortunately this event is limited to those addressed on your invitation. Please reach out to Derek or Jess with any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love children and wish we could share this evening with all our family, friends and little ones. However, we respectfully advise this is an adult-only event of 21+.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please contact Jess with any dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage our guests to utilize their resources, Uber or Lyft to travel to the venue. Shuttle transportation will be available following the reception to Patrick's Pub in Watervliet. Uber and Lyft are readily available in Troy and Watervliet.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue for all guests. Vehicles are welcome to stay at the venue overnight to ensure everyone gets home safely. Feel free to retrieve vehicles at your convenience the following day.
