What kind of COVID-19 safety measures will you have in place?

Answer

The safety and welfare of our guests is top priority. We will have masks provided at the entrance in addition to hand sanitizer located throughout the venue. We are hoping that many of our guests will have the opportunity to be vaccinated come August, however we understand that it is not a guarantee and therefore respect any and all decisions made to ensure your comfort and safety. Our wedding is also outside with plenty of room to spread out :)

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a designated parking area made available to all guests as the ceremony and reception will take place at our friend’s residence. If you’re traveling to & from the hotel there will be a shuttle provided. Don’t drink & drive! Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available for the surrounding areas.

Open bar or cash bar?

Answer

Open bar! We plan to have a supply of red & white wines, beer, liquor, and a variety of non alcoholic bevs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at the ceremony by 4:15 pm - trying our best to stick to the schedule and the ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm
