Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Seating will open and light refreshments will begin to be served at 5:00pm. Guests who arrive after the ceremony begins may be asked to wait and view our nuptials from the boardwalk.
The Pavilion has ample parking reserved for guests. Once you enter Sunken Meadow State Park follow the signs towards Parking Lot 2. You will see a large sign for The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow's parking lot.
We have hired an amazing team to capture this special moment so please be prepared to turn off all electronic devices and refrain from taking pictures or video throughout the ceremony. We want to see your happy smiles in our photos as well! After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you wish. As long as you promise to share them with us!
Ceremony is planned to be held outdoors on the beach. In the case of inclement weather, this will be moved indoors. Welcome refreshments as well as cocktail hour will be hosted on the boardwalk in an open-air tent. Dinner and dancing will be inside the reception area. Restrooms are indoors.
We kindly request our guest follow formal attire. As mentioned, the may be times where you will be on sand and ladies may want to choose a lower or block style heel.
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.
If your invitation reads, “& Guest”, we would love for you to bring a plus one! Please include their name on your response card so we can address your guest properly.
Please let us know when you RSVP if you have a food allergy so we can coordinate with our caterer; the sooner the better. The Pavilion is very accommodating and we are happy to facilitate! There will be a vegetarian entree option available included in our dinner menu.
