Where can I park?

Answer

Please park across Oak Street at the Beacon Orthopaedics parking lot, which is a 2-minute walk from the venue. Due to very limited parking space at the venue, onsite parking is only available for those with mobility issues and vendors. A map of the parking lots can be found in the Gallery section of this website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We understand there have been postal delays with the invites, but we kindly ask you to please RSVP by the week of May 13th.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Please give yourself enough time to park and walk over to the venue.

Am I allowed to bring anyone not listed on my RSVP?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are specifically listed on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear cocktail attire such as a suit or dress shirt (tie optional), or a summer dress or dressy separates. And don't forget your dancing shoes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be having the ceremony in the park behind the venue building, with an indoor reception. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Check back here for any updates!

Is there anything else we should know?

Answer

Yes, since this venue is hosted by a nature-based organization, smoking (including vapes) and potential contaminants such as plastic confetti and glitter are prohibited on the premises.
